Turn 10 Studios has introduced new monthly Forzathon events into Forza Motorsport 7 to accompany the current batch of weekly challenges already available in the game. Some of these new events are available to everyone, whilst a handful of the challenges remain exclusive to Car Pass and VIP Membership holders.
The prizes range from credit bonuses to exclusive cars and will see you competing across online and offline races, Rivals events, and more – using specified car and track combinations in certain challenges. There’s 300,000 Credits up for grabs by just simply completing 10 races, whilst a further 150,000 Credits can be added to your balance by finishing 5 online races. Car Pass holders can also win even more credits by completing races using vehicles introduced in various Car Packs, whilst VIP members can add the 1958 MG MGA Twin-Cam exclusive car to their Car Collection.
Speaking of exclusive cars, the 2013 Dodge Dart GT Forza Edition is also available to unlock in this month’s Forzathon events, and this one is open to everyone. Below, you can check out the current batch of challenges available to complete this month in Forza Motorsport 7 – all of which are available until Friday, September 28th. Remember, the challenges listed below must all be completed in sequence order to receive your prize.
Those are all the current batch of monthly Forzathon events available to complete in Forza Motorsport 7. As a reminder, you have until September 28th to compete them all – which is the same date Forza Horizon 4 becomes available for Ultimate Edition owners. Don’t forget, there’s also a new episode of the Forza Monthly broadcast show airing on Monday, September 10th, during which we’ll learn all about the September update for Forza Motorsport 7, and it’ll also give viewers the chance to vote on new heavily-discounted cars to enter the in-game Specialty Dealer.
If you’re looking for even more Forzathon action, then weekly challenges also light up in Forza Motorsport 7 every Friday. These include one one-step, one two-step, and one three-step challenge, and the prizes typically range from expensive and exotic cars to Driver Gear outfits. It’s a great way to effectively build up your Car Collection whilst also unlocking new suits to personalize your driver. This week’s challenges, which expire on Friday, September 7th, allow you to unlock the exclusive 2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe Black Series Forza Edition car, the ‘Spa Day’ Driver Gear outfit, and the classic 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR.
In addition to the above, Forza Motorsport 7 is also free-to-play on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC this weekend for Xbox Live Gold members thanks to Microsoft’s Free Play Days initiative. Should you log into Forza Motorsport 7 over the weekend and complete one race event – be it in the Forza Driver’s Cup, Free Play or Multiplayer, you’ll receive 1 million credits! That can buy you a lot, and the reward is delivered as a Forzathon prize, so you’ll receive it instantly without having to wait for Turn 10 to gift it to you. An easy way to make some buck for little effort.
