Turn 10 Studios had added a selection of new Rivals events to Forza Motorsport 7. These include official competition events for the Forza Racing Championship, as well as new Featured and VIP Rivals events to compete in.

Let’s talk ForzaRC, which has two new events to sink your time into. The first of these is the ‘May Competitive Training’ event, which will be available throughout the month. In this one, you’ll at the full Mugello Circuit in a Honda #5 IndyCar with competition restrictions. That means driving assists are disabled, but you will earn “in-game rewards" after the event has ended if you participate, so be sure to check it out.

Meanwhile, the second ForzaRC event available is the current Rivals Qualifier – which will be available to compete in until tonight before it closes at 5pm Pacific (8pm EST, 1am BST). As usual, you’ll earn a prize for simply setting a time, and if you manage to set a good one, you might even make it into the Sunday Heats this weekend. You don’t have much time left for this one – official ForzaRC qualifying events are open for a period of three days only, and this one sees you in the #2 Chevy IndyCar on the full Sonoma Circuit.

As for the latest Featured Rivals event in Forza Motorsport 7, you’ll be heading to Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in the 2015 Radical RXC for the ‘One Rad Lap’ event. Radical is certainly a fitting name for this manufacturer, and the RXC is well-equipped to take on the lengthy, challenging 4.35-mile course that is Spa-Francorchamps. It’s also set to Day conditions too, so you need not worry about a downpour or nightfall.

Finally, we have the newest VIP event to make its way into Forza Motorsport 7 with ‘Monte-Car-Roll.’ Pay homage to the #31 Lancia Corse Beta Montecarlo Turbo’s overall win of the 1980 World Sportscar Championship by reliving a lap of its historic victory at Watkins Glen. It’s the full 3.37-mile circuit, and it’s exclusive to Forza Motorsport 7 VIP members.

In addition to the new VIP event, Turn 10 Studios has also brought back all previous VIP events to Forza Motorsport 7 as well. If you want to relive some of them or just check out your times on the leaderboard, they’re all there. It’s much better than having solely one VIP event as before, and it gives these members more exclusive content to enjoy.

Those are all the latest Rivals events to make their way into Forza Motorsport 7 this week. Remember to frequently check the in-game Rivals hub for any new additions, including the weekly Community Rivals events voted by fans on Twitter. These include a combination of different hot-lap, drift, and autocross events where the community votes on the cars and tracks they want to use.

Furthermore, the May Forzathon events are now live in Forza Motorsport 7, featuring four unique challenges with new exclusive prizes up for grabs, including the 2013 Dodge Dart GT Forza Edition, the 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, the 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport, and the ‘Fill 'Er Up’ Driver Gear suit. These are complemented by Season 6 of Forza Racing Leagues, which also has its own prizes to unlock which are earned by simply participating in weekly race events.
