Forza Horizon 4 is now available worldwide for Ultimate
Edition owners via early access on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC and is only a
few days away from its general release date on October 2nd. With more and more
people finally getting to experience the fun and glory of beautiful,
historic Britain, we figured it was a good time to inform you about our
official club in the game – including how you can join, as well as the perks
you’ll receive for being a part of it.
Our club is unsurprisingly called ‘FullThrottle Media’ and
uses the ‘FTM’ tag, and you’ll be able find it under the Clubs menu in Forza
Horizon 4 by searching for a new club to join. Keep in-mind that Clubs are
capped at 2,000 members in this game, which is double the limit over Forza Horizon
3 – which means all Clubs will have more room for additional players. Clubs are
unlocked in Forza Horizon 4 once you complete the initial prologue sequence,
which guides you through all four seasons in the game. This should take about 4-6
hours to complete, depending on how fast you progress through it all, but once you’ve
moved into the shared
world of Horizon Life, you’ll be able to join any club in the game.
However, Forza Horizon 4’s Clubs work a little differently
in comparison to past titles, and this time, you can join via the Xbox Dashboard
or Xbox App thanks to their Xbox Live service-level Clubs integration. You can
also join Forza Horizon 4 Clubs via Xbox Live before you unlock them in-game,
and even before you’ve purchased the game. Simply navigate to the ‘Community’
tab on your Xbox One Dashboard, select Clubs and search for ‘FullThrottle Media’
to join ours. No invites or requests required, all you need to do is simply hit
that join button.
Similarly, if you’re on PC or mobile using the Xbox App, you
can slide across the left-side tray to navigate to Clubs and then search for ‘FullThrottle
Media’ under the ‘Find a club’ option. It’s worth noting that our Forza Horizon
4 Club is open to all players, including those on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC,
as well as those who haven’t purchased the game yet. This is handy for those
who might be picking up Forza Horizon 4 in the future, as they can immediately
secure their spot in our club – or any club – in the game.
Because Forza Horizon 4’s Clubs are integrated into Xbox Live
Clubs, that means you unlock all the additional functionality that they provide,
including a dedicated chat room for members to talk to one another, as well as
a feed to post status updates, screenshots and videos. Mixer broadcasts from
members are also highlighted within Clubs, as are their Looking for Group posts
when trying to organize online multiplayer sessions. You can also set a custom
logo and wallpaper for these Clubs, which will appear in-game under the Clubs
menu, as well as on the Xbox Dashboard and Xbox App.
The beloved fan-favourite Clubs leaderboard also returns in
Forza Horizon 4, so you can easily see how your club stacks up against the
competition. It’ll also reveal the ranking and how much Influence each club has
earned too, showcasing how skilled and dedicated the members of each club are
overall. In addition, Forza Horizon 4 also offers Teams which are used in the competitive-inspired
Adventure mode. These can also be joined and accessed via the in-game menu
or the Xbox Live Clubs system, and from here you can easily join a new team,
start your own, or see which teams your friends are racing with. Xbox Clubs will
also distinguish themselves as either a ‘Horizon Club’ or ‘Horizon Team’ before
you join, so you can choose the one you’re looking to be apart of.
Teams are limited to just 25 members though, so team
captains will have to choose their drivers wisely, but they do come equipped
with all the perks and benefits of being in an Xbox Live Club, such as a
dedicated chat room and feed for sharing all your favourite clips and photos.
FullThrottle Media also has its own dedicated team in Forza Horizon 4 with the ‘FTUK’
tag, and you can join both it and our club today via the in-game menu interface
or the Xbox Clubs integration. Remember, being part of a club and team will net
you bonus Influence after every race event in Forza Horizon 4.
So, what are you waiting for? Hit up the Forza Horizon 4 Clubs
menu either in-game or via the Xbox Live integration and search for our
dedicated FullThrottle Media club and team to join today, race alongside us,
and earn Influence to benefit everyone in the group as well as our overall
leaderboard position. Forza Horizon 4 is available for Ultimate
Edition owners today ahead of its general release on Tuesday, October 2nd,
