Rockstar Games has announced a new Nightlife-themed update coming to GTA Online in July. This release will be accompanied by new music selections from Solomun, Tale Of Us, Dixon and The Black Madonna to really give the nightlife scene in Los Santos the upgrade it deserves.

Nightclubs will be a new business operation enabled in GTA Online with this update. Players will start on the ground level as a business partner to open a brand-new establishment in the city and help DJ’s make their shows the best they can be.

“Run your nightclub business from setup, design, staffing and promotion; the more popular the club, the faster your secure wall safe will fill up,” the official Rockstar Newswire article says. “Management is honest work, a tidy way to keep income from your more seedy ventures with Disruption Logistics, The Open Road, SecuroServ and Free Trade Shipping Co. looking clean as fresh laundry.”

The update, which launches sometime in July, has vibes from The Ballad of Gay Tony – one of two Episodes from Liberty City released for Grand Theft Auto IV. This expansion saw players assume the role of Luis Lopez as they ventured into the nightlife of Liberty City and helped business accomplice Gay ‘Prince’ Tony retain control of the city’s biggest straight and gay clubs and overcome several issues, including drugs, debt, mafia families and attempts on both of their lives.

Rockstar Games has said more details will be revealed in the near future, including how you can get onto the ‘Guest List’ and unlock “exclusive rewards.” We’ll be sure to bring you some more details as we have it, but for now, you can check out a new teaser trailer above or over on the official Rockstar Newswire article.
