Race, Wreck, Repeat: It’s The ONRUSH Way

Codemasters has debuted an all-new, action-packed trailer for ONRUSH that highlights the game’s mantra – race hard, wreck harder. ONRUSH isn’t about having a breather or taking it easy, and there’s to be no toilet breaks either. When you’re wrecked out of ONRUSH, you’ll be thrusted right back into the action as you ‘Race, Wreck, Repeat.’ This allows players the opportunity to race and battle harder than they’ve ever done before, because revenge is always just seconds away.

The best way to experience ONRUSH is to take risks and be aggressive – it’s the complete opposite to other racing games, as shortcuts and takedowns are fully encouraged here. That’s why ONRUSH features multiple routes available on each of its 12 tracks. You can use the fully array of avenues to your advantage – or what can often be the case – to your disadvantage.

ONRUSH comes packed with wince inducing pinch points, stomach churning near-misses and unforgiving environmental obstacles – and these all play a pivotal role in testing your reactions and delivering the edge-of-your-seat action that ONRUSH promises. Want to come down hard on your opponents? The multi-layered track layouts of ONRUSH mean you can get up high, score some air, and wipe-out an opponent from above with a crushing takedown. Ouch!

Want to experience the game’s unrelenting, hair-raising action and heart in the mouth close calls that come thick and fast in every round? ONRUSH will be at EGX Rezzed in London from April 13th-15th, and tickets are still available for purchase. Not able to make it? We have you covered with our in-depth preview of ONRUSH, including our first hands-on impressions of the game with a feature rundown, as well as our exclusive gameplay capture from the Xbox One X version of ONRUSH.

ONRUSH will be available on June 5th, 2018 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 before following on PC at a later date. An Open Beta will be available on consoles in May, whilst those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition of the game will receive eight additional vehicle designs with iconic gold and black liveries, extra Crashtag artwork and Track Tombstones. What are Tombstones you ask? You can find out more about those here!

In other ONRUSH news, the off-road arcade racer will also take full advantage of the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro consoles, including modes for native 4K resolution and 60FPS gameplay.
